The Best Way To Compare Prices Shopping Online

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Rout for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.

I’ve been looking for the perfect “big girl bed” for my youngest daughter for a while now. She is two and a half and really wants to move out of the crib and into a big bed like her sister. I’ve looked in stores in person and online and I can’t seem to find just the right bed for her, at the right price. I needed a way to compare prices when shopping online, without having a million and one tabs open (like usual). That’s when I found Rout.com, thank goodness. I know it sounds like a cliche, but it is so true.

Have you ever been looking for just the right thing online? You search hundreds of websites, click around for hours, and never quite find what you’re looking for? And the things you did kind of like get lost in all the clicks and you can never find them again? It’s so frustrating!

Rout.com is like Amazon meets Pinterest. When you sign up for a free account, you can search for things or look at the suggested deals. When you find something you like, the system automatically tells you where it’s sold, how much it is at each store AND whether the price has gone up and down in the past. So you can easily tell which store you should buy it at and if it’s cheaper or more expensive than it used to be.

Like Pinterest, you can create “showcases” (similar to a Pinterest board) with all your ideas, or things you want. For example, I created this showcase for beds I liked for my daughter. It’s a public board, so I can share it with my friends and family to get their feedback too.

Another great feature is that I can tell it what price I want something for and if it reaches that price, the system will let me know! You can check out all the Fresh Deals at Amazon they have and start tracking your favorites. It’s a great place to go when you need to get a gift for someone and have no idea what to get (hint, hint – Father’s Day!).
