I love making fancy coffee drinks at home. It keeps me from spending a fortune at Starbucks. This recipe can be made for one or more people. You can also make a kid-friendly version. The trick to this drink (and any at-home latte) is using very strong coffee or espresso. You are going to love this Mocha Cookie Latte Recipe.

Make your favorite hot cocoa, top with whipped cream, chocolate syrup drizzle and cookie crumbles. Your child can have a special treat along with you.
