  • SUP boards for surfing are 2.5 m long or shorter and a maximum of 75 cm wide.
  • For touring and racing, SUP boards with lengths from 3 m upwards are used. The width is 75-80 cm or higher.
  • Beginners best choose medium length and wide all-round boards (length between 2.75 and 3.5 m, width from 80 cm).
