Just in time for Mother’s Day, here is a beautiful quote that you can print and frame. This quote is so powerful.

The way we talk to our children becomes their inner voice. – Peggy O’Mara

Mother’s Day Free Printable Quote

The first time this hit home for me was not that long ago when my toddler would say something and I heard “me” in it. I heard my tone, and I heard my words. Ever since then, I have tried to be more conscious about how I speak to my children. They soak in everything they see and hear, not just what we teach them.

Here is a free Mother’s Day printable of this quote. Print it out, place it in a frame or in the cover of a binder. When you see it, let it remind you to think for just an extra second before you speak to your children. Is this how you want them to speak to themselves?

Printables Hack for Moms

If you like printables, then you probably go through a lot of ink. I just found a great “hack” for you then. HP started something called Instant Ink which lets you subscribe to an ink service. Instead of running out of ink at the worst moment, or spending a small fortune on all the ink cartridges – now you can get in sent directly to you for a very small fee every month. It starts at $2.99 a month (that’s the plan I’m on). You can learn more on their website.

so super sweet! what a great reminder to us moms to beware what we say and how we say it. Love the goal sheet – great idea to make a few goals each month! Usually I made very short term or long term, what a great way to keep the momentum going!
